Price listed is per a month by can be billed weekly, biweekly, or a discounted rate will be applied if 3 months of training is paid in full.
Our coaching includes a 2-5 customized strength training workouts (depending on time and skill level) , corrective exercise assignments as needed, habit trackers, nutrition coaching, meal or macro planning (client preference), 100+ high protein recipes, and nutrition resources (i.e. fast food/convenience meal options, smoothie packs)
